Srebreno beach

[ View map ]

Srebreno is a large pebbly beach, with very fine sand on the sea floor, in Zupa Dubrovacka. It's just one of many beaches that run along the entire length of the promendae from Kupari, through Srebreno, to Mlini. The others are sandy-pebbly beaches but no less beautiful, in particular the Puntizela beach in Mlini.

The beach in Srebreno is great for playing picigin (Dalmatian beach keepy-uppy) and its shallow waters mean than children will have a great time. All along the promenade you'll find places to eat, drink and shop with several bars open until the early hours of the morning for those that want to party.

A popular one-day rock festival called Puntizela is held in the park between Srebreno and Mlini every June. Some of the top bands in Croatia perform at this event which starts in the afternoon and runs until the early hours of the morning.
